INVESTMENT
The fee is $110 per week per child with a $5 discount (for the 2nd child and $10 for 3 or more kids.  The lessons are about 30 minutes long and are Monday through Thursday. Cash or Check accepted.

I will accept your check if you bank at one of the following banks:

If you’re paying cash, please put the money in an envelope with your name, swim time and how many weeks you’re paying for. You can put your check (put swim time in memo section) or envelope in the metal bucket on the table.  

SWIM ATTIRE
NO GOGGLES: For various reasons, I prefer the children not swim with goggles. I have a salt water system so the water will not burn their eyes.  For safety reasons, it's important for the kids to know that they can open their eyes in the water in case they ever fall in a pool. 

SUNSCREEN: To avoid getting sunburn, its best if you put sunscreen on your child before you leave your house so it has time to soak in and won’t wash off.   If it washes off in the water it REALLY AFFECTS MY FILTER SYSTEM. 

NO RASH GUARDS: I can no longer have the kids wear the rash guard shirts.  The fabric is destroying my filter system which is keeping the salt water system from generating chlorine.  I have a big cover over the shallow end of the pool so they should be safe from the sun.  

HAIR: Please have the girls hair pulled back in a ponytail.

SCHEDULE / ABSENCES:
If you have a conflict on the time of your lesson for a particular day, try to find someone to switch with you.  You can look at my schedule for the list of people taking lessons.  
If your child is sick and can’t come to the lesson, please call or text me at 214-334-1168.  Please do not email me the day of your lesson to cancel.  I do not check email while I'm teaching.   I need at least 4 hours in order to make it up.  I will do my very best to make it up but there is no guarantee. 

ARRIVAL:​ When you arrive for swim lessons, just walk around to the backyard.  ​I prefer the parents NOT to stay in the backyard during swimming lessons so please stay outside the gate during the lessons.  Please come ready to immediately get started swimming. You may come into the pool area the last 5 minutes of every lesson so that your child can show you what he/she has learned.

PARKING: You can park in the driveway if there is room (help minimize the foot traffic on my grass) but PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE CAR RUNNING during class.  The noise and the fumes are distracting to the students.  If you come in thru the west side of the gate - please try to walk on the stones.  

SWIM TESTS: If your son/daughter has a swim test that they need to take to swim in the deep end at their local pool be sure to tell us and we can work with them to pass the test.   

FACILITY:
Limit using my bathroom for emergencies ONLY 
​Please help make sure the lollipop wrappers and the stick end up in the trash.

SHOW OFF DAY (FINAL DAY):
On the last day of swimming lessons, you may stay outside to video, take pictures or just watch.  I will also give you some suggestions to keep your child learning and swimming at their best.  Bring anyone to the last day.  It’s a special day to SHOW OFF!!!!
